<p>Born and raised in Montana, Elizabeth graduated from Gonzaga University in 2004 and studied abroad in both Spain and Mexico. After dancing for 18 years, she completed her Pilates Certification at Pilates Denver Studio. She’s passionate about reading, writing, cooking, Pilates, yoga, the outdoors, traveling, and coaching. She currently lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband David.</p>
<p>Elizabeth started her career in the Advisory Practice of Ernst &amp; Young working on financial audits and consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies. Her leadership experience with Ernst &amp; Young led her to a role as Vice President of <a href="http://www.livewellintl.com/home.html" target="_blank">Live Well International</a>, an international wellness coaching company. She helped launch Live Well into a thriving, successful online training program with coaches and clients all over the world.</p>
<p>Elizabeth received her Holistic Health Counselor and Coach certification from the world-renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. As a Board Certified Health Counselor and Wellness Coach, Elizabeth offers custom wellness plans in all areas of wellness, including weight loss, improving energy and immune health, skin health and anti-aging, natural remedies, self-care and various other topics.
